Refund Policy

At HighGrade, we stand behind the quality of our THCA products. Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances — whether the product is unopened, used, or otherwise.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the event of the following:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify, you must email us at vipcare@highgrade.club within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, if your request is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement item with tracking.

Important Note

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Customer errors (e.g. wrong address entered)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Order Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing vipcare@highgrade.club. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
